The Climb ~ Miley Cyrus

This is how I am feeling right now. There is a dream and I can almost see it. There is a voice saying that I'll never reach it. I feel like I am standing in one spot, not moving. I have to keep the Faith and keep God first!! If only I could keep on remembering that!!! I have a dream .....

I can almost see it
That dream I am dreaming
But there's a voice inside my head saying
"You'll never reach it"

Every step I'm taking
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking

But I gotta keep trying
Gotta keep my head held high

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

The struggles I'm facing
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down
But no, I'm not breaking

I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most, yeah
Just gotta keep going

And I, I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on

'Cause there's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Somebody's gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

Keep on moving, keep climbing
Keep the faith, baby
It's all about, it's all about the climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith, whoa

Loneliness

Yes, I am feeling lonely. Dont get me wrong ... I like my boyfriend but, I am lonely for another type of friend. I want some friend girls and friend guys. My friends that I do have do not call me and ask me to hang out. I know that some of them have jobs and school so, it may be hard for them. It is true that I have a few friends that live in other states that invite me to events. They ask me on FB but, they dont call me and ask me. Friends dont ask me to come over to their house. I have to ask them if I can come over. I know that it is not polite to invite myself over but, how else am I to visit them if they dont ask me? I dont know what to do. I just wish that I had some friends that would invite me to their house. I consider the fact that I may not have money to fly to places but, I would still like to be asked. After all, its the thought that counts, right???

I guess that that is where my Heavenly Friend comes in to this. I need to consider HIM my Friend above all my other friends.

I hope that this makes sense!!

The day before and the day of Landmark Park's "Spring Farm Day" event.

Friday, March 18:

Friday was a slow day for me. I was supposed to see a friend at 3:00 at Landmark Park but, at the spur of the moment, she changed it to her house. So, I was at her house and 3 and we had a nice visit. Then, she told me she had somewhere to go and I told her that I had other errands to run so, we hugged and said that we needed to do that again, and we do!! I ran to fuller supply (which is a local cattle/equine store and bought me a new halter because the one that I had bought earlier were rubbing sores on Red's (my horse) face. Also, I knew that Mrs. Missie was coming into town with her semi so, I decided to stop by and see her since I had not seen her for a little over 2 weeks. Well, I dropped by and I visited with her some and saw her semi (yes, I climbed in there) and asked her many questions. Then, she asked me to take her to get her nails done and I took her. Afterward, we went to Marc's Aunts house and hung out. I cant remember if we did anything after that ...

Saturday, March 19: ~Spring Farm Day at Landmark Park~

My day starred at 6:30am!!! I woke up (I was not active) and just laid there til 7:00. I then got ready (including shower and hair) for Landmark Park. Mom had to leave early to help Dad with something and so, she helped me into my costume so I was ready a hour before I was actually supposed to leave. I got to Landmark Park around 9:45 and I quickly got set up and walked around so that I could actually sit still and play my violin. I was really embarrassed playing with the dulcimer players because I had not practiced in forever. Marc and his mom brought a picnic lunch to eat on the grounds and they wanted me to eat with them so, I did.

Going to make a long story shorter than it already is.

Afterward, Marc and I went walking on the board walk at Landmark Park. We had "paparazzi" following us around. Many pictures were taken by Marc's Aunt and had alot of pictures of her daughter and I but, I don't have access to those pictures yet.

Then, Saturday night, I came home around 5:30 and had to hurriedly get dressed and then we went you to eat with some of my parents friends. I was falling asleep at the restaurant so, when I came home, I was so dead tred that I hit the pillow and went right to sleep!

The end!

The Adventures of a Farmers Daughter

Well, I woke up bright and early (thanks to my friend Garrett for waking me up by sending me text messages this morning.

I was geared up to work on horse fence. WOOHOO!!!

Fed my horse and then came back inside. I was going to go back out but, Momma wanted me to help out with cleaning the house. Then, it was time for lunch. After lunch I did more stuff in the house then, I finally was able to go work on the fence .... or so I thought! Daddy called me and said that he would need me in 10 minutes to help him move the tractor to the field. Anyway, while I was waiting for the 10 minutes to be up, I got on the gator and raced to the section of the fence that needs work and struggled with it but, could not get it to cooperate so, I gave up and went back to Dad. Then, Daddy needed paper towels so, I went and got them and brought them back to the barn. Then, We were finally on the way to the field. Once we got to the field, I was able to ride with Daddy in the tractor. We are currently planting corn.

Here is a picture of Daddy checking the corn seed to insure that they are being planted properly (sorry the picture is so tiny)

Here is Daddy making sure that the seeds are flowing properly in the planters (again sorry for the pictures being tiny):

There was various other things that I did but, I wont bore you with the details as I have already put more detail in here that was probably needed. I worked hard today and this is only the beginning of a very long and hard planting season.
